2.Reason for the donation:
 THSRC's board meeting is planning to sponsor two forests to fulfill
 corporate sponsorship for afforestation, one place is based in Xiluo
 Township of Yunlin County about 1.35 hm2, the other is located in
 Hengchun area of Pingtung County around 5 hm2.
3.Total amount of the donation:Maximum amount is NT$4,700,000.
4.Counterparty to the donation:
 Forestry Bureau, Council of Agriculture,Executive Yuan.
5.Relationship with the Company:
 Related Party (government-related entity)
