General meeting of Tatra banka shareholders was held today

Tatra banka shareholders approved the regular individual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for 2022 on today's General Meeting. They also approved the annual report for 2022 and decided on distribution of profit and payment of dividends. The General Meeting also elected a Supervisory Board member and decided on an amendment to the Articles of Association.
Based on the approval of the General Meeting, profit in the total amount of 99 081 025 EUR will be distributed among the Tatra banka shareholders. Portion of the profit for 2022 in the amount of 87 290 578 EUR will be allocated to the retained earnings from previous years, the remaining portion of the profit for 2022 in the amount of 7 467 292 EUR is intended for the payment of income from AT1 investment certificates.
One ordinary share with a nominal value of 800 EUR will receive a dividend in the total amount of 1 232 EUR,
one ordinary share with a nominal value of 4 000 EUR will receive a dividend in the total amount of 6 160 EUR
and one preference share with a nominal value of 4 EUR will receive a dividend in the total amount of 6.17 EUR.
The financial statements have been compiled in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards and audited by BDO Audit, spol. s r. o.
