Novagen Ingenium Inc. (OTCPK:NOVZ) entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire Roadships.US, Inc. from Roadships Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:RDSH) for $0.142 million in stock on September 18, 2015. Under the termso the agreement Novagen Ingenium Inc. will issue 2 million of share at $0.071 per share.
