TerraCom Limited Announces Blair Athol Sales Results for the Second Quarter and First Half Ended December 2018; Provides Blair Athol Sales Guidance for the Fiscal Year 2019

TerraCom Limited announced sales results for the second quarter and first half ended December 2018. The Board announced that Blair Athol achieved coal sales of 605,423 tonnes for the December 2018 Quarter. This translates to coal sales of 1,218,981 tonnes for the first half of the 2019 financial year at an average realized price of USD 92 per tonne.

The March 2019 Quarter coal sales has started strongly with the first shipment for the quarter sailing on 5th January 2019. On the back of a strong production output in the first half of the 2019 financial year, the Company confirms its guidance that Blair Athol is currently on target to achieve coal sales of 2.5 million tonnes for the full 2019 financial year.

TerraCom Limited is a mining resources company comprising a portfolio of operating assets in Australia and South Africa within the coal sector. Its Australian Business Unit comprises one operational mine, the flagship Blair Athol Coal Mine located in Clermont, Queensland. Its Springsure project consists of contiguous tenements, such as EPC 1674, EPC 1103 and MDL 3002 and is situated in the Central-Western Bowen Basin Coal Mining District of Queensland, covering approximately 1,178 square kilometers. Its Clyde Park Coal project consists of contiguous tenements, such as EPC 1250 and EPC 1260, situated on the northeastern edge of the Galilee Basin in Queensland, covering approximately 133 square kilometers. Its Northern Galilee project is a consolidation of the Hughenden and Pentland projects, comprising tenements, such as EPC 1300, 1394, 1477, 1478, 1479, and others. Its South African operations and projects include Kangala Colliery, Ubuntu Colliery, and Arnot South, among others.
