IPG's Women's Leadership Network (WLN) partnered with The Female Quotient to host "Ignite Your Career: Reengage and Reconnect," an event geared to equip women who have stepped out of the workforce with the confidence to re-enter and pursue their dreams. Panelists included Marcy Samet, Global Chief Growth and Development Officer, McCann Worldgroup; Nadia McKinney, Talent Acquisition Leader, LinkedIn; Cindy Augustine, Chief Talent Officer, McCann Worldgroup; and Stefana Rusu, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Acxiom.
In recognizing the disproportionate impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on women, panelists provided best practices for career-building and self-branding, and shared strategies to re-ignite women's marketing, advertising, and creative careers.
