(the "Company")
The board of directors of the Company, having considered the financial status of the Company resolved to declare interim dividends in the aggregate amount of EUR 4,200,000 corresponding to EUR 0,042 per share (the "Interim Dividends"), to the holders of shares in the Company, as these shall appear in the records maintained by the CSE on 04 April 2023 (the "Record Date").
Payment of the Interim Dividends shall be effected on 07 April 2023.
It is noted that the shares of the Company will be negotiated in the CSE without the right to participate in the distribution of the dividends as from 03 April 2023 (the "Ex-DividendDate").
