THE MONARCH CEMENT COMPANY DECLARES DIVIDENDS
At a meeting of the Board of Directors on August 11, 2023, the Board declared the following dividends:
- a regular dividend of $0.68 per share payable September 8, 2023 to stockholders of record on August 28, 2023, and
- a special dividend of $3.52 per share which will also be payable September 8, 2023 to stockholders of record on August 28, 2023.
