		A Final Dividend of 75 kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each subject to
		appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose
		names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 26
Proposed Dividend	March 2024.
Closure of Register	27 March 2024
Qualification Date	26 March 2024
		To be communicated once AGM date has been fixed.

		Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised
