Traumhaus AG publishes half-year results
Wiesbaden, 13.10.2022: Traumhaus AG achieved sales revenues of EUR 18.8 million in the first half of 2022 (previous year EUR 27.3 million). Total output increased by EUR 16.4 million to EUR 45.9 million compared to the previous year (EUR 29.5 million). A total of 68 plots (previous year: 46) and 32 houses (previous year: 86) were handed over.
Traumhaus AG's half-year results do not allow any conclusions to be drawn regarding sales revenues for the year as a whole. As is usual for project developers who prepare their accounts in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), the fourth quarter is the decisive one for business development and revenues.
In terms of land purchases, Traumhaus AG recorded notarizations worth EUR 23.8 million at the half-year stage, which is almost EUR 10 million more than the EUR 14 million recorded in the first half of the previous year.
Even before the massive European energy crisis, Traumhaus AG had already developed solutions to become independent of fossil fuels. Traumhaus AG is already building largely autonomous e-houses at three locations. The new concept implemented for the first time this year is based on the installation of heat pumps, photovoltaic systems and battery storage.
