CHANGE OF RELEVANT SHAREHOLDERS

Gallarate, 25 ottobre 2023 -TraWellCo S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana, Ticker: TWL, OTCQX New York, Ticker TRWAF), the worldwide leader in protection services, left luggage, ancillary products and services for travelers, announces that as of October 24, 2023, it received communication from Truestar Real Estate SA, headquartered in Via Dal Bagn 6, 7500 St. Moritz (Switzerland), regarding the surpassing of the 10.00% ownership threshold. The latter informed the company that on October 24, 2023, it held 251,660 shares, equal to 10.002% of the share capital of TraWell Co.

Based on the information available, the current shareholding of TraWell Co S.p.A. therefore it turns out to be the following:
