NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

Gallarate, March 4, 2024 - TraWell Co S.p.A. (Italian Stock Exchange, Ticker: TWL, OTCQX

New York, Ticker: TRWAF), a leading company globally in protection services, luggage storage, products, and ancillary services for travelers ("Trawell" or the "Company"), announces the new composition of its share capital following the filing with the Varese Companies Register of the certification of the capital increase according to Article 2444, paragraph 1, of the Italian Civil Code, carried out on March 1, 2024, following the exercise of the "Trawell Co 2021-2024 Warrants" - ISIN IT0005446726 - (hereinafter also referred to as "Trawell Warrants") up to the date of February 29, 2024.

The change in share capital occurred following the issuance of n. 130 ordinary Trawell shares (ISIN IT0005378325), with no par value, resulting from the exercise of n. 130 Trawell Warrants during September of the last year. Below is the T1 model required by the Euronext Growth Milan procedures for capital transactions:
