SST: System1 officially NYSE listed!

System1 is officially NYSE listed (SST)!

We may not have gone to New York City for the occasion, but that didn't stop us from (B)ringing the Bell to celebrate this milestone moment.

CEO and Co-Founder Michael Blend shared the following to mark System1 becoming a publicly listed NYSE company:

Drumroll please…we are officially a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SST)!!!

We founded System1 based on a pretty simple idea: convince smart & talented people to join our team, treat them respectfully, offer challenging problems to work on, have fun along the way, and great things will happen. We've managed to do that over 8 years, and you have our commitment that nothing will change now that we are public. We will continue to make System1 one of the best companies in the world to work for.

Going public is a vote of confidence in the business that all of you have built and our ability to consistently deliver great business results. But most of all, it's a testament to our team and the years of hard work and dedication from all of you.

You should be proud of what you have accomplished. Please take some time today to celebrate, do something nice for yourselves and your families, and enjoy this moment.

Business, like life, is never a straight path. Going forward, we will have some ups and some downs. We will share some great times and get each other through the hard ones. The one thing I know is we will be there for each other, and we are going to have a lot of fun along the way

As I've said before, and will continue to say - this is not our destination but rather a BIG first day of the next part of our journey.
