RESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE NOARD OF DIRECTORS DUE TO UNFORESEEN PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENTS

Cesena, 14 December 2022 - Trevi - Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. ("Trevifin" or the "Company") announces thatd todayd the Chairman Pierpaolo Di Stefano has resigned from his officed due to unforeseen professional commitments. Such resignation will be effective as of 1 January 2023.

It should be noted that Mr. Di Stefano does not meet the requirements of independence and does not hold any office in the internal board committees.

The Company's (oard of Directors will co-opt a new member pursuant to Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Coded as well as appoint a new Chairman.

(ased on the information availabled it should be noted that Mr. Di Stefano does not hold Trevifin shares either directly or indirectly.

It should also be noted that no emolument or entitlement is due to Mr. Di Stefano in connection with the termination of his office.

The Chief Executive Officer Giuseppe Caselli thanks Mr. Di Stefano for his commitment and professionalism in the performance of his duties on behalf of the (oard of Directors.
