World Insurance Associates LLC acquired Two Rivers Insurance and Employee Benefits Systems from Two Rivers Financial Group, Inc. (OTCPK:TRVR) on January 4, 2021. Two Rivers Insurance Company will keep its name and will continue to be headquartered in Burlington and offices in Madison, West Des Moines, and Earlham will remain operational. All current employees have transferred to WIA and Todd Ackerman will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer. Marsh, Berry & Company, Inc. served as a financial advisor for Two Rivers Financial Group. Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, PC served as a legal advisor for World Insurance Associates. TAG Consulting Services served as an advisor for WIA on the transaction. Dickinson Mackaman Tyler & Hagen served as a legal advisor for Two Rivers Insurance.
