(1)The distribution date of cash dividends is set for 2022/08/10. If the
dividends cannot be distributed on 2022/08/10 owing to the change of
actual working process, the Company will then announce the updated
distribution date accordingly.
(2)If the number of total shares outstanding changed, such that the
cash dividends ratio per share should be adjusted, the Chairman of
the Board of Directors is authorized to adjust the ratio and deal
with relative matters.
(3)The suspended conversion period of TXC 5th Domestic Unsecured
Convertible Bonds is from 2022/06/28 to 2022/07/23. If the bond holder
would like to apply for conversion,it should be at the latest on the
start date of the suspension of acceptance of conversion (2022/06/28)
one business day before (2022/06/24), go through the conversion procedures
with the securities agents.
