(OTCBB: USAE), a U.S. aerospace and defense contractor, today announced that Supply Chain Management & Procurement of AVIC International Holding Corporation has invited the Company to attend the Eighth China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, known as Airshow China 2010, held in Zhuhai City of Guangdong Province from Nov. 16 to Nov. 21, 2010.

The agreement provides for the parties to bid on at least US $100 million in potential orders in the first year.
