Selfiewealth Srl agreed to acquire UCapital24 S.p.A. (BIT:U24) for €2.5 million in a reverse merger transaction on August 10, 2020. UCapital24 S.p.A. will issue 1.35 million to acquire Selfiewealth Srl. As on September 3, 2020, The transaction is approved by shareholders of UCapital24 S.p.A. The transaction is approved by Board of Directors of UCapital24 S.p.A.
