Senior Vice President in DTZ's Chicago office.
Mr. Feldman joins DTZ after 10 years with Bradford Allen where he was a Managing Director and a top performer, servicing a significant corporate user client base. Throughout his career he has exclusively focused on tenant representation with an expertise in office brokerage. Mr. Feldman provides corporate and non-profit clients with real estate solutions including acquisition and disposition services, sale and lease contract negotiations, transaction and portfolio management, strategic consulting, and tenant advisory work. His commitment to providing exemplary service to his clients extends to global markets. He has completed real estate transactions in most U.S. markets and abroad. His ability to procure new business opportunities, manage client portfolios and provide market context on a national and international scale has proven to be valuable asset to his firm and the clients he represents. He is a member of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association (COLBA) and the Commercial Real Estate Organization (CREO).
Josh attended Purdue University and lives with his wife and two children in Western Springs.
