Unidata, Stefano Ciurli resign after recent appointment in Enel

(Alliance News) - Unidata Spa has announced that Stefano Ciurli, the company's nonexecutive director and chairman of the Nominations and Related Party Transactions Committees, has resigned effective immediately following his recent appointment as head of Global Services for the Enel Spa group.

Based on communications made to the company and the public, Ciurli is not known to directly and/or indirectly hold shares in Unidata.

On Tuesday, Unidata closed in the green by 0.2 percent at EUR42.50 per share.
