Unilever Caribbean Limited (UCL) advises of the resignation of Mr. Rodrigo Sotomayor as a Director and Chairman of the Company, with effect from December 30, 2022.
UCL also advises of the resignation of Mr. Jorge Enrique Rodriguez Espinosa and Mr. Fabio Murillo Bendeck as Directors of the Company, with effect from December 30, 2022.
