Developments that occurred to the disclosure	Reference to our previous disclosure dated 21 February 2024 regarding the approval of the concerned authorities to extend the project' contract for the construction and investment of the parking building at Kuwait International Airport and its related facilities (the Project"), United Projects for Aviation Services Company KSCP (the "Company") would like to report that the addendum to the contract has been signed with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for the extension of the above-mentioned Project' contract for a period of one year, starting from 19th May 2023 to 18th May 2024, with a total increase of 10% of the annual investment fees, noting that the above-mentioned extension duration excludes the management of the baggage zones 1 and 4.
The financial effect of the occurring developments (if any)	The Company continues its operations in the Project and its results are reflected in the consolidated financial statements.
