Company Announcement No. 03-2023

The company has recently executed a cost-controlling and restructuring exercise to allow increased focus on commercial engagements. With a lean set-up of the company, Morten Halager, CFO, has therefore decided to leave Valuer, and will take up the CFO position at Deloitte in Denmark.

Vinnie Kumar, CEO, will be directly responsible for the finance department with effect March 1, 2023. The executive management team of Valuer Holding A/S will consist of Vinnie Kumar, CEO, and Dennis Poulsen, CGO.
