The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Van Lanschot NV today - 14 May 2013 - adopted the 2012 financial statements. The shareholders also voted in favour of all other voting items on the agenda.

Jos Streppel was reappointed as a member of the Supervisory Board. Truze Lodder, who had already indicated that she was not available for reappointment after completing her second term of appointment, stepped down as a member of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board intends to nominate Jeanine Helthuis to succeed Ms Lodder as a member of the Supervisory Board. The proposal will be tabled at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 2 July 2013. Further details will be published in due course on www.vanlanschot.nl/agm:
