Leigh Ann Schell appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Vantage Towers AG

Düsseldorf, April 09, 2024 - Leigh Ann Schell has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer ("CHRO") of Vantage Towers AG ("Vantage Towers") effective 1 April 2024. In this role, Schell will focus on the further development of the tower company's HR strategy. In her role as CHRO, Schell is a member of the Executive Committee of Vantage Towers and reports to CEO Christian Hillabrant. She succeeds Nikolaus Rama, who stepped down at the end of March 2024.

Leigh Ann Schell began her career at Halliburton Energy Services and has since worked in Human Resources in various industries. She has extensive experience in building and developing teams and HR processes on a global scale. Over the course of her career, Schell has led teams in North America, EMEA and APAC - including Evoque Cyxtera, Ericsson and Abercrombie & Fitch. Most recently, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at NextEdge, an infrastructure company in North America.
