The self-contained Bel-Air spa ‘wing’ of the hotel is a serene haven for couples to relax and focus entirely on their wellbeing without having to ‘dress to impress’ for dinner or adhere to a formal hotel dress code.

On arrival into Zurich, guests are met by private chauffeur and driven through breathtaking Swiss landscapes and along the shores of crystal clear lakes before reaching the hotel and centre of Interlaken. By-passing reception, guests will be taken directly to their sumptuous and spacious Bel-Air Suite (located conveniently above the 5,500 square metre spas), where they can check-in and freshen up. Guests need only take a short stroll in their bathrobes to visit the impressive Victoria-Jungfrau Spa complete with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzis, whirlpools, and newly re-opened sauna with candle lit relaxation room. To ensure couples receive the most from their visit, a senior spa therapist will help create personalised six hour spa programmes for each individual, comprising facials and massages by ESPA or the world’s only SENSAI SELECT SPA. Guests can choose to dine in their bathrobes in the delightful Spa Cafe, located just off the main pool area, or from the privacy of their suites, which all have generously proportioned balconies with comfortable outdoor seating. Both the Victoria-Jungfrau Spa and suites boast stunning views over manicured gardens and mountains, which turn golden during the Swiss Indian summer. For a more formal dining experience there are three varied hotel restaurants which guests can enjoy as part of the spa package.
