Tokyo, December 21, 2021 ----- Wacom Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces the

progress of acquisition of its treasury stock pursuant to Article 156 of Japanese Companies Act, of which application is defined by both paragraph 1, Article 459 of the Companies Act and provisions of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, as follows. As a result, the Company also announces that the acquisition pursuant to the resolution at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 29, 2021 has been completed.

2. Total number of shares acquired: 1,811,600 shares
3. Total acquisition cost: 1,681,257,300 Japanese yen
4. Acquisition period: From December 1, 2021, to December 20, 2021 (on a trade basis)
