RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

AND

CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The board of directors (the "Board" or the "Director(s)") of Wai Yuen Tong Medicine Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries as the "Group") announces that Ms. Tang Mui Fun ("Ms. Tang") has tendered her resignation as an executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2021 in order to devote more time to her personal commitments. Further, Ms. Tang has also ceased to be a member of the executive committee of the Company with effect from 31 March 2021. Ms. Tang confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation which needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the shareholders of the Company.

The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Ms. Tang for her valuable contribution to the Group during her tenure of office.
