Action Square CO., LTD. announces private placement of 4,075,243 common stock at an issue price of KRW 1,595 for gross proceeds of KRW 6,500,012,585 on November 29, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on December 11, 2023. The transaction has been approved by the board of the company.

The transaction will include participation from YJM Games Co., Ltd. for 2,006,270 shares, Netmarble Corporation for 125,392 shares,Three Steps Co., Ltd. for 940,439 shares,Myeong Consulting Co., Ltd. for 376,176 shares,NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. for 392,481 shares,Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. for 104,076 shares,Shinhan Bank for 30,095 shares, ,KB Securities Co., Ltd. for 37,618 shares and Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. for 62,696 shares. The transaction will include participation from returning investors YJM Games Co., Ltd. and Netmarble Corporation.
