On 5 July, the summit forum themed as "Engaged in Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction to Co-build Ecological city • Green Hebi"was held in Qsinghua University. As the representative of energy management service company, DunAn Energy-saving held joint discussion with representatives from every way about the building ecological city .
The representative personages of various circles attended this form including the Chief of Building Energy Conservation and Technology Division Wuyong, the State Department counselor, deputy director of National Energy Expert Consultation Committee and National Climatic Change Expert Consultation Committee member Xu Dingming, the deputy mayor of Hebi City, Henan Province Hu Yanzhi and the sociologist Zhou Xiaozheng.
Hebi City in Henan Province is demonstration city of national renewable energy source application and one of the demonstration cities of allowed built national recycling economy. Under the policy support, the city actively supports energy-saving service enterprise and develops industrial energy-saving transformation and district central heating with franchised management style. By virtue of BOT mode, DunAn Energy-saving has addressed the problem of funding choke point in the early stage of energy conservation and emission reduction project and then achieved win-win situation between industrial development, energy conservation and emission reduction and local economic benefit. As the main force of renewable energy source construction in Hebi City, DunAn Energy-saving took advantage of industrial waste heat in power plant so to realize the central heating in old town with the area of 6 million square meters. The "green heating" project has been one of the good examples of area energy planning in Hebi and ecological city building.
The deputy director general of Bureau of Housing and Urban in Hebi City Cheng Changlin introduced the work and phased achievements in developing the circular economy and building demonstration city in energy conservation and emission reduction. He also acknowledged the positive role made by DunAn Energy-saving in boosting ecological city building and energy conservation and emission reduction in Hebi. The chairman of DunAn Energy-saving Peng Guodong presented the progress of Hebi project and analyzed its successful application of "green mode" in the forum.
