DIVIDEND NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the directors of Zimre Holdings Limited (ZHL) have declared a nal

dividend of USD350 000.00 amounting to USD0.000192 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023 This brings the total dividend for the year to USD600 000.00 or USD0.00033 per share. The dividend is derived from subsidiary dividends which, in line with the Group philosophy, are passed on to the ultimate shareholder.

The dividend is payable to shareholders registered in the books of the Company at the close of business on 31 May 2024. The last day to trade cum-dividend is the 28th of May 2024 and the dividend ex-date is the 29th of May 2024.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on or about the 5th of June 2024. The applicable shareholders tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.
