Züblin Immobilien Holding AG: Shareholder group represented by Wiederkehr Associates AG requests Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and election of an additional Board Member

The Shareholder Group Ketom AG, Wiederkehr Associates AG and Dr. Hans-Rudolf and Mrs. Ursina Schärli, requests to convene an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting at Züblin Immobilien Holding AG (Züblin) to elect an additional Board Member. According to the Group's latest disclosure dated 16 May 2020, they represent shares of 10.21% in Züblin.

After assessment of both the motion as well as the proposed candidacy, Züblin's Board approved in its meeting of 22 September 2020 to convene an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 21 October 2020. The Board recommends accepting the shareholder group's motion to elect Mr. David Schärli as additional Board Member.
