Valid as of 12.11.2018, with the Resolution No. 418 of Board of Directors of Aksa Enerji Üretim A.Ş. on 12.11.2018, Mr. Murat Yeşilyurt has been appointed as Independent Board Member, to be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first General Assembly to be held, pursuant to the regulations of the Turkish Commercial Code and CMB.

Murat Yeşilyurt, born in 1975, received his bachelor's degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, and completed his MBA degree at Istanbul Commerce University. He started his career in the banking sector in Treasury departments and went on to work as a fund manager at finance companies. He has written various articles that have been published in finance magazines. Murat Yeşilyurt is also the author of the book titled ''Gold Banking in Turkey & The World''. He works as strategic advisor and provides training to corporates and banks in Turkey. Murat Yeşilyurt is married with one daughter.
