Banif informs about the second period in which holders of shares at 25thJanuary 2013 may exercise the option to acquire Banif shares held by the Portuguese State, in the terms of paragraph 9 of Decree number 1527-B/2013, of 23 January.

Following the Notice issued at June 29, 2015, regarding the abovementioned subject, Banif - Banco Internacional do Funchal, S.A. informs that no acquisition rights were exercised and thus no shares representative of its share capital held by the Portuguese State were sold during the second exercise period (from 13thJuly to 7thAugust 2015) of the option to acquire shares held by the Portuguese State, in the terms of paragraph 9 of Decree number 1527-B/2013, of 23rdof January.
