The Company has been notified that Mr Peter Cornell, Non-executive Director of Breedon Group plc, has today purchased 140,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price of 71.6884p per Ordinary Share. As a consequence, Mr Cornell now has an interest in 140,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
