Bursa de Valori Bucuresti : 6/4/2019 - Decisions of the Index Committee as of 4th of June

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that, at the quarterly meeting held on 4^th of June, the BVB Index Committee has decided the following:

1.1 To maintain the composition of BET, BET-TR, BET-XT, BET-XT-TR, BET-BK, BET-NG, BET-FI and BET Plus indices.

1.2 The weights of the indices' components, i.e. the free-float factors (Ff_i), the representation factors (R_i). the liquidity factors (FL) and the price correction factors (Ci), will be determined based on the number of shares and closing prices registered at the end of the trading session of June 14^th, 2019.

The new structures of BVB indices will be announced at the end of June 14^th, 2019 and will become effective as of June 24^th, 2019.
