CAROLINA FINANCIAL CORPORATION The CresCom Bank Recognition and Awards are presented annually to members of the Mortgage Team who have shown excellence in providing assistance for our customers and their mortgage needs. Awards are given out in multiple categories including Presidents Club ($10-$20 million in loan production), Chairman's Club ($20+ million in loan production), Rookie of the Year, and Most Improved. At CresCom Bank's 2019 awards ceremony, six Mortgage Team members were presented with awards and recognition for their achievements.
Scott Branstrom was honored as a 2019 Chairman's Club Winner for the second year and top producer in units and volume. Serving as the retail mortgage loan officer for CresCom Bank's Retail Mortgage Group, Branstrom is responsible for ensuring a smooth end-to-end process and has a proven history of high-end quality customer service.
Kimberly Neisler was honored as a 2019 President's Club Winner for the second year. As a Vice President Mortgage Sales Leader, Neisler is the local mortgage expert serving Brunswick, Columbus and Bladen counties.
Amanda Phillips was honored as a 2019 President's Club Winner. A Horry County native, Phillips serves as Vice President for CresCom Bank's Retail Mortgage Group, helping oversee the day-to-day needs of the community bank's retail mortgage customers.
Alan Greer was honored as a 2019 President's Club Winner. Serving as the Charleston Mortgage Market Leader for CresCom Bank, Greer has helped clients with their mortgage needs for over 15 years.
Kim Lawrence was honored as a 2019 President's Club Winner and the Most Improved Mortgage Team member. Serving as a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer in New Bern, NC, Lawrence has been helping people realize their dreams of home ownership for 23 years.
Rick Power was honored as the 2019 Rookie of the Year for being the top new hire producer over the previous 18 months. A native of Simpsonville, SC, with 40 years of experience as a mortgage professional, Power serves as a Mortgage Loan Originator at CresCom Bank's Greer branch.
