CCX informs the annual public meeting with analysts is postponed

Rio de Janeiro, December 16th, 2013 - CCX CARVÃO DA COLÔMBIA S.A. ("CCX" or "Company") (BM&FBovespa: CCXC3), in compliance with item 6.6.1 of Novo Mercado Rules of BM&FBOVESPA, hereby announces to its shareholders and the market in general that it has postponed to January its annual public meeting with analysts, originally scheduled to be released on December 18th, 2013, as informed in its corporate events calendar ("Corporate Events Calendar"). The Company will release soon and in detail the information regarding the
new date of such meeting.
