Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the US$160 million 6.75% senior notes due 2018 issued by China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Notes"), guaranteed by Singyes Green Investment (HK) Company Limited, Singyes Green Energy Technologies (HK) Limited, Basic Force Group Limited, Top Access Management Limited, Singyes Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., Macao Singyes Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd., SunTreasure Group Corp., Singyes Green Energy Holdings Limited, Singyes Green Energy Investments Limited, Singyes Green Building Technology Pte. Ltd., Singyes Engineering (H.K.) Company Limited, as described in the offering circular dated 11 October 2017. The Notes are to be issued by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) of Hong Kong) only. The listing of, and permission to deal in, the Notes is expected to become effective on or about 19 October 2017.
