DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held in Hong Kong on Wednesday, 31st July, 2019, for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the release of the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30th June, 2019 and considering the payment of an interim dividend.
