LONDON (AP) _ CNH Industrial NV (CNHI) on Friday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $114 million.

On a per-share basis, the London-based company said it had profit of 8 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 20 cents per share.

The results matched Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 20 cents per share.

The truck, tractor and bus maker posted revenue of $7.7 billion in the period, missing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $8.17 billion.

For the year, the company reported profit of $1.42 billion, or $1.05 per share. Revenue was reported as $28.08 billion.

CNH expects full-year earnings in the range of 78 cents to 86 cents per share.

CNH shares have declined nearly 9% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined roughly 1% in the last 12 months.
