Bertin Technologies, a CNIM Group subsidiary, announces the sale of its Multi-physics Modelling and Scientific Computing business line to CT.

Montigny-le-Bretonneux - December 20, 2018 - After the exclusive negotiations that were the subject of the press release of September 21, 2018, Bertin Technologies is selling today its activities in multi-physics modeling and scientific computing to CT.

The business and the teams concerned by this acquisition will benefit from significant development prospects thanks to CT's expertise and growth ambition as well as potential synergies, particularly in commercial and business areas.

With this divesture, the CNIM Group intends to focus on its strategic lines in the fields of Environment and Energy, Defense and Security.
