VANCOUVER - Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (TSX: CMMC) (ASX: C6C) ('Copper Mountain' or the 'Company') announces today that owing to the COVID-19 global pandemic, it intends to delay the filing of its statement of executive compensation as otherwise required by subsections 9.3.1(2) and (2.2) of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations in reliance on British Columbia Instrument 51-516 Temporary Exemptions from Certain Requirements to File or Send Security holder Materials of the British Columbia Securities Commission.

The Company expects to include its statement of executive compensation in its management information circular in connection with its 2020 annual general meeting. As announced on April 3, 2020 the Company is planning on holding its 2020 Annual General Meeting on September 9, 2020. Further details on the event will be communicated via news release and in the filing of the notice of meeting, as required.
