Announcement re: Cambridge Road Estate, Kingston

Countryside Properties PLC ('Countryside'), a leading UK home builder specialising in placemaking and regeneration, is pleased to announce its selection as the preferred development partner of Kingston Council to work with the council and local residents on the regeneration of the Cambridge Road Estate. This project will deliver approximately 2,000 mixed-tenure homes over the next 10-12 years.
