Significant strengthening of DIETSWELL's Management teams in the two strategic

areas of Oil & Gas and Renewable Energies

DIETSWELL, an international specialist in conventional and renewable energies, announces today the significant strengthening of its management teams with the arrival of Benoît Vernizeau as Deputy Managing Director of DIETSWELL and Andreas Emmert as Senior Commercial Manager of the Renewable Energy activities led by DOLFINES, a wholly owned subsidiary of DIETSWELL.

Commenting on these major recruitments for the future of DIETSWELL, Jean-Claude Bourdon, President and Founder of DIETSWELL, said: "With Benoît's arrival, DIETSWELL is significantly strengthening its capacity and pace of development of its Oil & Gas activities. DIETSWELL is also counting on the arrival of Andreas, who has a perfectly international culture for the development of its Renewable Energy activities. Benoît Vernizeau, whom I have known and appreciated for many years and who has already had the opportunity to work with DIETSWELL, was appointed director of DIETSWELL at the General Assembly last June. He brings to us his long knowledge and experience of oil service companies and operators. He also masters all the strategic and operational aspects of our business. His mission will be to lead the work of all DIETSWELL teams and manage all the operational aspects of our current and future French and international developments across all our activities. He will work closely with me, as his arrival will allow me to devote more time to strategic issues and shareholder relations. Andreas Emmert brings us his long experience in Business Development in an international environment. Its mission will be to promote and develop DOLFINES' activities in the renewable energy market. More specifically, it will allow us to significantly and quickly expand the partnership and customer opportunities for our TrussFloat® float and, beyond that, all our expertise in the renewable energy market."

Benoît Vernizeau, 50 years old, has devoted his professional career, mainly abroad, to management positions with drilling contractors and oil operators (notably Forasol-Foramer, Bouygues Offshore, Pride Forasol, Shell International, Perenco, Addax, Dubai Petroleum, Assala Energy). Benoît is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne and the Institut Français du Pétrole.

Andreas Emmert, 39 years old, was in different management positions for the sales and business development activities of the Power Plants Business Unit at MAN Energy Solutions, from Paris for Europe, French-speaking Africa and Latin America, then from Singapore for the entire Asia-Pacific region. Andreas is the author of a thesis in quantum physics from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Paris and UPMC (Sorbonne Université).
