Drop SA is a Poland-based company engaged in wholesale, processing and waste material disposal. The Company buys and sells materials coming from natural resources, secondary raw materials and wastes for the recycling and recovery. It is specialized in non-ferrous metals and steel processing. Recycling of industrial waste material and commercial activity of the Company are run by its own network, comprising three Centers of Waste Material Recycling with a technical base and warehouse buildings, four Recycling Stations and a commercial office. The Centers gain waste material for the warehouse and processing. They are equipped in logistic base, storage and efficient dispatching of waste material to recipients by road transport means. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operate seven wholly owned subsidiaries, including DROP Sp. z o.o, Global Recycling Sp. z o.o. and DCA Metal sro, based in the Czech Republic, among others.
