Dufry South America Ltd. (Dufry), a subsidiary of Dufry AG, a traveler retailer , is a traveler retailer in Caribbean region. The Company sells a mix of food and non-food items through its retail outlets. The Company has three segments: Airport Shops, Cruise Line Shops and Other Shops. Under the Airports Shops, the Company operates 42 duty-free and duty paid shops in 13 international and domestic airports in South America. In the Cruise Line Shops category the Company operates 39 shops on 12 cruise ships. Dufry South America in its Other shops division operates 10 retail shops in Sao Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janerio and Brasila. These shops also include seven branded cosmetic shops under the banner of MAC. Dufry South America sells its products under eight product categories, including perfumes and cosmetics, beverages, tobacco, food, electronics, jewelry, textiles and others.
