Shares were purchased as follows:
The total number of shares purchased in the context of the share buy-back program since December 17, 2018 through, and including, June 7, 2019 amounts to 152,447 shares. The purchase of shares is carried out exclusively on the electronic trading platform of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra) by a credit institution that has been commissioned by Elmos Semiconductor AG. Detailed information of each transaction pursuant to Art. 2 (3) of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052 are published on the website of Elmos Semiconductor AG in the section 'investor relations'.
