According to a request by Energy Earth Public Company Limited ( " Company" ) to postpone submission of financial report for the 3rd quarter of 2017 and for year ended 31 December 2017 to be within 31 July 2019, the Company is currently in a process of consider of the draft of financial report by legal department. Coupled with the current situation of the Company is very vulnerable, with respect to the legal issues and concerns of minor shareholders, who form a LINE group with over 1,700 members and have great interests in the Company' s news. The Company cannot submit the financial report within 31 July 2019 as previously requested on 1 July 2019. The Company will submit the financial report upon completion.

Because the Company's situation is very sensitive to the minor shareholders and the Company need to protect the Shareholders' interests and benefits. The minor shareholders, who form a LINE group with over 1,700 members, have great interests in the Company's news. The Company therefore would like to inform any development to the minor shareholders accordingly.
