FinTech Group AG withdraws from planned 50/50 joint venture with Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft

Management and Supervisory Board of FinTech Group AG (ISIN: DE00FTG1111, German Securities Code: FTG111, ticker symbol: FTK.GR) decided today to withdraw from the planned foundation and capitalisation of the 50/50 joint venture mutually agreed with Österreichische Post Aktiengesellschaft (ticker symbol: POST.AV, ISIN: AT0000APOST4).
