In order to qualify to attend and vote at the 2019 First EGM, all transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificate(s) must be delivered to the Company's registered office at 1999 Yunhe Road, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, the People's Republic of China (for holders of A Shares), or the Company's H share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong (for holders of H Shares), no later than 4:30 p.m. on 25 October 2019 (Friday).
